HEALTH & SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

The Health and Safety course is a training program on health and safety issues, and worker rights challenges faced by Board licensees within the State of California. This course will provide students with a better understanding of the knowledge, skills and training needed to succeed in the Barbering and Beauty industry.

Learning Objective

After completing this State Board Health & Safety Section #4, you will be able to:

  • Recognize chemical safety hazards
  • List ways to reduce chemical hazards
  • Identify and list safe work practices
